The Encounter access amount covers lodging and meals for the event. Those who chose the payment plan are responsible to make sure their payment has been made in full prior to event.  Please note: Any deposits received are non-refundable.  all amounts collected will cover meals, lodging, and activities.  Rooms are shared and will accommodate 4 adults per room.   Families with more than 4 occupants must determine if another room is required. Snacks, medications, and personal toiletries are the sole responsibility of the attendee.  Food allergies and any special food requests need to be received in advance and in writing.   Some foods may not be accommodated.
